Called A/V Specialists (3 times)to correct some issues on an install they performed at my bosses house. Issues have been going on since initial install. I called 3 times and left messages with answering service before they called back. When I finally received a call back 7 days later I was told that since MY name didn't match the job address they didn't call back. When I told this "gentleman" that regardless of the names not matching, it would have been nice to receive a call back. Great service, very knowledgable and efficient, didn't try and sell us equipment we didn't need or wouldn't use. They are great!
