Id leave negative stars if I could. I ordered a serenity plant and full size card for a friend. Ot was to be delivered to the church where the memorial services were to be held or to the house directly across the street. They never showed up. I never received a call saying they couldn’t be delivered. I found out that they weren’t received by speaking to my friends mother 3 days later. I was charged right away though. Unacceptable business practice! How can you even make this right?? The sentiment is gone, the memorial service is over. Small town or not, you are in the florist business.
