Urban Tails is AMAZING! They are so wonderful to our senior kitty. She has stayed multiple times and has been treated like a queen at every visit. Urban Tails is a clean and well cared for facility. The Urban Tails staff are the BEST!! Your pets will enjoy their stay and be well cared for at Urban Tails!
The people that work here are absolutely amazing. The level of attention and care they give is beyond what you normally see at a doggy daycare. My German Shepherd absolutely loves going. The facility is clean and well kept. Absolutely would recommend Urban Tails to anyone that is looking for boarding or just a daycare facility for there dog. They go above and beyond.
What an amazing place with the best staff. Chinook has been attending day camp since nearly the beginning. As a rescue who didn't trust people or understand how to interact with other dogs, we were unsure how his first day would go. Here we are two years later and he gets excited when I make the turn towards the building to go see his friends.
While boarding isn't his thing, they made us extremely comfortable with updates and a full report at pick up. The facility is amazing, it just isn't something he enjoys with his background.
