Hey I'm here to post an update review a year later. Last time, 1 star. But this time service was a complete 180, so 5 stars!! Everyone was really helpful and sweet, I was trying to find an applicator and accidentally asked some employees from the hair salon, but they went out of their way to look for it. When they couldn't, they got what felt like the entire team to help find it, which I felt a bit bad for since it became essentially a scavenger hunt ?. In the end it seemed to have been packed somewhere else, but I was walked through how to order it for home delivery for my first time, and it went seamless. The customer service here is never ever bad but today I when in and this woman named Candice helped me. She was absolutely so kind and helpful. Her customer service skills are fantastic and she made me feel so welcome. She made my day.

I got my hair done by Sarah and my brows done by Jo at Ulta Beauty today and this experience was so relaxing Jo thought I was sleeping in the chair she was working on me in. This experience was amazing a 10/10 for me <3
