McKinnon Flooring is the best in town. Kathy and crew helped so much during a stressful and hard time. Kathy volunteered to redo measurements and bid, and went through several options. The professionals were knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. They cleaned up the area after they installed the tile in the basement. McKinnon stands behind their product and service. They worked at night after hours to get the job done and not disrupt daily business. When new flooring didn’t hold up, they replaced it at no cost. Pricing, service, and excellent customer service have always been great. McKinnon made a stressful time so much easier when a bathroom overflowed, flooding an office and training room. They saved the day with a reasonable price and wasted no time getting the floors replaced. They were kind and helpful with over the top customer service. The install team was fast and efficient, and they handled a product issue well, allowing a move-in without delay.
