My company purchased an ice machine that has not worked properly since we got it. Jim's Heating and Refrigeration is the authorized company to repair it. We have called and asked for them to fix it for a year now and they keep saying they will come and fix it but nothing happens. Jim called again yesterday and said he would be by to work on it. AGAIN HE WAS A NO SHOW. Do not use this company. EVER
