It isn’t often that I feel compelled to share my experience with a doctor or a clinic. I have been going to the Hoskinson Clinic since it was opened. I was afraid to have high hopes. I previously had outstanding doctors in Gillette , but honestly they were few and far between, and they didn’t stay in the community. So, there you are. Time to start all over again. I had to resort to going out of town for medical care. It wasn’t really a great solution since it has become more and more difficult to travel for several reasons . I absolutely love this place so far so good for me. I leave a message I either get a call back or message sent to me within a few minutes or the next day. I have never had any problems the staff has always been very understanding in answering all my questions and concerns.
Maddie was absolutely amazing as our nurse today. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, cared for, and informed every step of the way. Her kindness and patience really stood out. She took her time answering all questions and never made us feel rushed. You can tell she generally cares about her patience. Thank you Maddie !
