The barber who removed my facial hair and cleaned me up, is awesome. On Monday I have a 90 day evaluation with my employer and I have to look professional. This man has definitely earned my business and I am going to let the guys who works for the railroad from out of town how awesome his work and price is. Here's to another great small business in the Historic part of Gillette that I definitely will go to.

Desperate for a haircut, I started googling where to go and found this place, I like the first come first serve basis that they have so you can just walk in whenever you want and just wait for your turn, place is well maintained and the person who cut my hair knows what he’s doing. There’s just one thing that makes me felt unwanted as a customer, as he was cutting my hair, and I can say that he’s getting close to getting done, he turns the chair facing the mirror and ask me if it looks good, I said yes but i requested to make it more a little shorter, then he continued and ones again he showed it to me and I asked again if he could do the sides a little more fader, he did it and did a good job to be fair, the only thing that I felt I was not valued as a customer was when he said that “You asked too much” 😳 while the person before me was asking way too much about his haircut, he was never engaged to me and didn’t even ask my name or introduce himself, he was more engaged to the next person who were getting a haircut too, but anyways, I liked the haircut but I suggest to be mindful of what to say towards customers.

The hair cuts for my boys were great, they left satisfied and happy with the results. But coming in on a saturday when I was told I could bring them in and having to listen to the lady there cutting hair complain about being there instead of the chili cookoff kind of got under my skin. If you're going to complain you shouldn't do it in front of clients, and if you're going to complain about you having prior engagements you should take down the sign out on the corner that has an arrow pointing to the shop saying haircuts this way and plan accordingly when you already have plans that day. They did go remove the sign after several people came in asking about haircuts. The owner Mike was professional and accommodating.
