I was highly satisfied with the prompt service. Our furnace stopped working and the house was very cold. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and helpful, and dispatched technicians to fix our heater within 2 hours of calling. The technicians had everything working within 30 minutes and were professional and polite. I will be using this company going forward for any of our hvac needs!
Excellent service and very knowledgable technicians, Brian and his assistant did a great job and got our A/C back up and running just in time for summer. Thank you to all Air-Tech staff.
Both times the techs came out they were so helpful and willing to teach us about our AC unit so we could troubleshoot problems if they were to happen again. They truly care about their customers.
