Joe helped us several years ago when there was a fire in the apartment below us. He gave us suggestions on what to do and gave us equipment to get the dense smoke out of our apartment, which our manager wouldn't do. Now he is sending us much needed masks. We are temporarily out of town and he is actually going to mail them to us and hopes to do it today, same day service. We really appreciate all you do.KC & DD

This place has went to hell in the past few months. I don’t know what happened but the customer service is lacking and the prices are all over the place. Also they are freaking about 15 day past due invoices? I have a feeling they are about to go under! I guess I’ll have to switch to a new distributor. Good thing I have choices.
