Response was fast, about 2 hours after my call
They were courteous and efficient in clearing my drain and gave me preventive advice as well as an estimate for a separate plumbing issue. Cost was a little less than competitors estimate
I will use Landmark again
Landmark responded quickly when we called with our furnace problem. Living in frontier rural Wyoming you sacrifice access to some necessary services but Landmark was surprisingly fast and efficient. We appreciate the fast friendly repair of our furnace during a time of year that a broken furnace can be much more than just uncomfortable.
Couldn’t be happier with Landmarks service. Another plumbing company had come by and denied service due to “liability” reasons. Landmark came right over, looked at pictures I had of the issue, and had a crew here the very next morning to start working on it without a single concern. They had the entire job done in 3 hours and it went flawlessly. The crew communicated what they were doing and what the plan was and happily answered all my questions. And honestly the bill was a pleasant surprise. They saved me a ton of stress and allowed the sale of our house to remain on schedule.
