The visit in and of itself was fine I was just slightly bothered that we got there 20 minutes early for her appointment but didn't get taken back until 30 minutes after her appointment was supposed to start but overall the Dr was kind and did well with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable ?

It was wonderful. Everything was explained to where I could understand. Dr. Hayward even got up close so that I could hear him properly. He was wonderful, I look forward to hearing again lol.

Doctor Hayward was very helpful and explained to me why my hearing aids were not working. They were not phone compatible at least with my phone. He told me what phones would be. He was very kind and supportive and let me know how often I should at least be seen for another hearing test and a cleaning of my hearing aids. Very good visit.
