I can safely say Jay and Greg at EvnTech are two of the most valuable people in my life. I am so, so technologically challenged I do not know what I would do without them. They are ALWAYS fast, professional, very, very knowledgeable, and most of all very nice and extremely good to work with!!!!! Wish I could clone them and sell them to some of the other help services I call. Sure would make my life a LOT easier!!!!! I can not thank them enough for all they do and have helped me with!!!

I have used EvnTec-Evanston IT Service for a lot of years. Their service is exceptional. They have always been able to help solve EVERY problem I have had--including being hacked (twice). They are kind and very patient and, it does not matter how long it takes, they get the issue resolved. Many people can do a job but the quality is different. EvnTec's quality is world-class. Again, I appreciate their very capable service and I would recommend them to anyone who has any issue with their computer. I do not live in Evanston. The technician comes into my computer remotely. I appreciate the personal service we receive. We really do have our own IT department through EvnTec.
