Chase Angelovich has been amazing and helpful. He came on a holiday, he was responsive and quickly identified the problem. He brought a new router and got us back online. Not only was he helpful but fast and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience.
When I deal with the guy who came out to fix my router I always receive excellent customer service and the service has been uninterrupted through this crazy winter we're still having in early April.
All West Communication could work on it's communication skills a little.Had to drive to the place to see why my internet has not been hooked up yet after a week. If I actually get between 100-300mbps, I'll shut up and refresh this rating to 5 starts. Also, 5 stars for the 2 ladies at that office who helped get me set up. It's also unfortunate I have to miss 2hrs of work for installation. It is what it is I guess. All West is becoming the new Comcast and Cox of this region. That be good*****Update**Yes!
