I have been attending Pure Fit for over 15 years. The workouts are perfect for a woman in her seventies. I also have made alot of friends. All the coaches are friendly and always are very helpful.

CrossFit Cody is my gym of choice in Cody, and has become my home away from home over the last 2 years. I started with zero CrossFit experience and have been supported and encouraged to advance safely over time. I now go 3-4 times per week after work, often with my pre-school aged child who enjoys the great kids’ room there (she’s over 5 so she can accompany me to any workout, but for kids under 5, there are specific workout times when a babysitter is present - game-changing!) I highly recommend CrossFit Cody. They have friendly and experienced coaches, a welcoming atmosphere, and their facility and equipment is in excellent condition.
I’m from Idaho and while visiting family in Wyoming, I needed to complete a judged CrossFit workout (Open 25.1). I contacted Coach Mindy at CrossFit Cody and she invited me to drop in for my workout. I am a fan of CrossFit not only because it keeps me healthy (both body and mind) but also because of their supportive culture and family atmosphere - CrossFit Cody fits this model ?.
