There is transparency with all costs: every expense is pre-approved, receipts from suppliers are delivered to me bi-weekly, sub-contractor's estimates are provided for review before work begins, all changes I've requested to the project are put in writing on a change order with the updated costs, invoices are for work completed and materials purchased - no pre-payments, and the calculation of the total cost of the project and how much has been paid is available 24/7 via the client online portal. I highly recommend KB Nelson and I will continue to work with them on additional projects. I don't like to see good businesses get low Google ratings by bots and scammers because I use these ratings to help me make decisions on who to call when I want to hire a service. If a real customer gives a bad review, I wonder whether they first attempted to resolve the issue with the business directly. If there's no indication that they did in their review, I don't give them any credit. I contacted many general contractors and learned so much, those who were too busy or near retirement recommended KB Nelson for my project. And, that says a lot right there.“
