I am writing to add to my earlier review of JoAnn Humphries. I have now been living in the house JoAnn helped me buy for 10 months. During that time, JoAnn has called me quite a few times just to see how I was doing and to make sure that everything was going smoothly for me as a new resident of Cody. She has also helped with referrals for various services in Cody. Recently, an issue arose with my sprinkler system. My inspection prior to buying could not include testing the sprinkler system because city delivery of irrigation water had already ceased for the season.
