Another company gave me misleading info,saying it could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new unit. Martinez is superb from Cindy in the office to Lloyd in the field. “My water heater went out late Friday. I called around on Saturday and Marvs is the only place that answered. Came out the next day (Sunday) and spent about four hours installing the new heater and backflow preventer. Though the price seemed a bit high to me, the customer service, workmanship and timely response was very much appreciated. Will definitely be using them in the future!“
