My water heater went out late Friday. I called around on Saturday and Marvs is the only place that answered. Came out the next day (Sunday) and spent about four hours installing the new heater and backflow preventer. Though the price seemed a bit high to me, the customer service, workmanship and timely response was very much appreciated. Will definitely be using them in the future!
We are so grateful for Marvs Plumbing and Heating! We moved in over a year ago and have never had a working fireplace. We finally booked for someone to come look at it. I booked online and they were here within two days. Seth was on time, diligent, and the fireplace was fixed in less than an hour. My only regret is not calling them sooner!
These people are awesome! My furnace randomly gave out literally 2 days before my birthday which is also thanksgiving, we were freaking out! I called them, they came in first thing the following morning, they found parts for me and charged us less!!! They made sure it was up and running in 20 mins. Great customer service, thank you so much! You should definitely use them for services like this, I highly recommend!
