Had a leak in our basement that was pooling out to the middle of the carpet floor and was stuck on a waitlist for two weeks out with a large plumbing company.
Turns out it was black water leaking onto our floor. We have 3 young children.
Our contractor recommended Walter Plumbing and Dolores was so kind and helpful to get us scheduled quickly for this afternoon.
Walter Plumbing is taking care of our plumbing today! They went higher up the wall and found the leak in a main line.
They went back to their shop and made a new pipe for us within the hour so we don’t have to be without water all day.

The service here is always great. The two young men that came were polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything and were very helpful. I’m going to schedule service yearly for now on.
