A technician came out to inspect the air conditioning units at my business, and the experience was great. He was very kind, professional, and thorough—clearly explaining the issues we were experiencing and how to properly maintain the units moving forward to prevent future problems. Because we operate a wood-fired oven, our AC filters had become heavily caked with soot, and he took the extra time to help us clean them and show us exactly how to do it ourselves going forward. He was easy to work with, scheduling was quick and convenient, and overall the service was top-notch. We’ll definitely continue using their services in the future.

Wanted to share my appreciation for the work performed by Ryan and team. After learning of ice forming in attic due to broken pipe, we contacted SMP and literally within a couple of hours a temporary pipe was inserted in attic and box fan (provided by SMP) was working to dry and melt ice. During this drying period Ryan came in frequently and monitored area before new piping could be installed. With weather permitting (as heat had to be turned off for several hours) the crew came in on a warmer weather day, early morning and completed the work, no fuss, no mess and very professional. Would feel very comfortable calling on them again.
