Once you call Service First you will never use another company. Their notification system is amazing. You receive email and text notifications when you make an appointment, the day off and when the technician is on their way with a photo of the tech. They black light your carpet for pet stains and recommend a no pressure solution. They also will inform you how to spot treat stains. If you have pets they use a motorized carpet rake that will scrub the carpet and collect the hair and what ever else is buried in the carpet. Smell clean, looks great. Pricing is very affordable. Service First cleaned the basement carpet of the house we just purchased. Tom Taylor did a thorough job removing the traces of the previous owners’ pets, strong cleaning products, and floral scents, etc. and generously offered to come back if we needed any more work.
