Beginning with the two gentlemen who arrived to pick up and transport my Dad, Schraders treated us and our loved one with care and respect. In fact, everyone we encountered at Schraders was polite, professional and quick to help. We found our funeral arranger Emily Byers, to be kind, thorough and efficient. Emily listened, provided recommendations and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want. She was also quick to respond to our calls and to answer our questions. We liked Schraders chapel because it has natural light and is spacious. We also liked the proximity of the reception space so people didn't have to go far to attend.
