Best in the business! Shane is an amazing artist who uses your ideas and his to make masterpieces! I think his color work is beautiful and I can't wait to get more tats from him!

I went in two days ago to get this thigh piece. This wasn't the first time I've worked with Hopper but it's the first time at this location. Hopper is an incredible artist. He's got a gentle hand and does clean line work. He's one of very few artists in Cheyenne that I personally recommend. The shop was clean, had a comfortable vibe.

I had an awesome experience at Rotten Apple! I went in to get a tattoo I got down in Colorado fixed and added to. Shane listened to what I wanted, and had everything ready to go. I loved the design and an so incredibly happy with the final result! I sat in the chair for 5 hours and walked away with a beautiful 3/4 sleeve! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Shane to anyone! My husband and I will definitely be going to Rotten Apple for any and all future tattoos.Service: Tattoos
