I had a very rushed and poor quality pedicure even though my husband and I were the only ones in there. A woman was leaving as we signed in and they asked her to pay in cash (she did) and the man didn't put the money in the cash drawer but went into the back room with it. My husband had a manicure (his was well done) and the woman told him that they work for an older man who was the owner but no longer came in to work. When it was time for us to pay ($70+) they asked for us to pay with cash as well but my husband refused that request. I think this should be investigated but am not sure how to request this? The place was dirty too and I don't know if this is relevant or not but it left me uneasy. The man working on my feet looked so dirty with a heavily stained shirt and longer dirty fingernails that he painfully dug into my toes. It felt so unhygienic.Pictures of man shirt and nails just in case it matters to you like it does me.

Came in with a friend 30 mind after they opened,the place was not busy yet my nails were rushed, I got a basic manicure, my cuticles weren't done correctly and were left crusty and uneven, they looked better before I went in and she filed my nails very roughly and quick she left them rough and sharp as well as misshapen. Could have done better at home, and get this it was 25 dollars for the horrible experience.

Just tried to get a polish change on my toes. There were 2 people working and only 1 customer. They are NEVER busy!! When I asked if they could do my heels too, they said couldn't. Sucks for them. Just lost ANOTHER customer.
