Lady Q Nails provides a relaxing, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere with a clean, pleasant, and impeccable environment. The staff, including Lady Q and Jessica, are wonderful, accommodating, and provide great service. They go above and beyond to make appointments feel like the only one they have and provide refreshments. Many clients have had wonderful experiences, especially with manicures and pedicures that are exactly what was asked for, and would recommend the business to others. The nail techs are sweet, professional, and can help you find the right color and style. They are gentle and fairly priced. Lady Q is super nice, and Jessica's talent is unmatched.
10/10 experience, I loved how calm and relaxing my time there was. My nails look amazing, perfect color, style, and length. My toes look great but more importantly my massage was amazing. After the hot towels and scrub, she massaged my legs and feet just wonderfully. Often times my legs are sensitive to pressure but I had no pain and literally almost fell asleep. I recommend coming here.
I been going to Lady Q since moving to Cheyenne in 2018 and still currently going. Lady Q is who I go to mostly but when I cant get into her I go to the other nail techs and they are just as amazing. It doesn't matter the design I'm wanting they go above and beyond to make it happen.
I had my nails done at another salon here in Cheyenne and they completely messed my nails up. So I went here and the gentleman here fixed them and made them literally picture perfect. Toes and all. I will defiantly be going back.
