Mister B's has helped me out a couple times now with HVAC issues, and I can't recommend them enough. The last time I had an issue with the furnace was hours before I needed to head to the airport right before a cold snap, and they walked me through the repair over FaceTime and declined to accept any compensation for their expert help. They are knowledgeable about brand new furnaces, as well as units that are 30+ years old, and can even tell who likely installed older units, what their tendencies were and the things to look for for preventive maintenance. They're always my first call when I have heating and cooling issues.
Mister B's replaced furnace and AC coil for us. Guys were very professional and informative. Made sure all my questions were answered. Installed a better thermostat and smoke detectors. Cleaned up after the work was finished
Brian and Jenny have such a well oiled machine of a business, with wonderful office staff to get you scheduled and technicians with the upmost integrity to do the jobs correctly and efficiently! The prices are more than fair, and their customer service is wonderful! Allowing this business into your home and entrusting them with your hvac needs is the smartest decision you could make. Because when the job is done well, safety follows. And they are invested in their customers safety. I cannot recommend a better company!!
