Sink backed up late in the afternoon. Called Peter's office. Made appointment for being 1st on the technician's next morning schedule. He called to let me know he was on his way a 8am. He arrived right on time he said he would be here. Only took him 40 minutes to load up and drive the 30 miles to the house. He is a pleasant young man with 7 years experience. He was quick to confirm our problem and went right to work to clean out our drain pipes and restore the water flow down the drain. I knew my first and only call was to Peter.
