I called the emergency line about my 10 month old puppy and the woman who picked up was so helpful and kind! I'm so i'm grateful for the compassion she showed and the recommendations she gave to get my puppy feeling better.
Through every issue we have ever faced with our dog, they have always provided the most thorough and best care for him. They never make us feel silly for the questions we ask or for the worries we have ever brought to them. Having a vet be so responsive and helpful is something we very much appreciate.
