Good gym. Has everything you need. Just an over abundance of signs on the wall saying don't do this and don't do that is fairly uninviting. No chalk, no spit in the fountain, stall broke, no more than one scoop of water on the sauna, wear proper attire, rack your weights , no letting other people in or you will be charged. towls only, the list goes on. People are nice though. It's clean and 24 hours.

I love working out here! I love that there's the women's area and the back functional area is nice as well. I like the small facility feel rather than a gym that has everything under the sun. The owners and staff are super friendly and nice. You can even email the owners or stop them when they're in if you see something that may need their attention and they are on the ball! I have recommended many people to attend here! Plus super convenient with the 24/7 access!

Been going here for a few months now and I like the place, staff is good and friendly, reasonably priced, the equipment is solid and it's 24 hour access so can go whenever you feel fits best. It runs 35 a month for a membership.
