When I scheduled the delivery I was told I was the first stop on the driver's way to denver. I'm literally a half hour from the Depot. Later it turned out he wasn't even going to denver, And now he had two stops in front of me. I waited four hours and never received the promised call ahead, Even after confirming twice with the office while I waited that there would be one 30 minutes before arrival. There was nothing on the Drivers paperwork about A call ahead. The only reason I gave two stars is because the driver was excellent and obviously overworked and under appreciated. Great customer service, both on the phone and in person. Our driveway is not accessible for a truck with a 48' trailer, but items cannot be left at the county road since it's a quarter mile from the house. The driver called before attempting delivery, and we met to accept the delivery in person. Shawna was great. Shipment was in perfect condition.
