Their customer service is spectacular. They greet you, they look you in the eye, they smile. Always friendly. Far better than any other services like this in town. I wish the post office was like these guys.

Incredible service!! Not only were they friendly and helpful in regard to shipping, but they also had my item packed safely in a matter of minutes! Will only be using Cheyenne Pack & Ship from now on. We first went to the other place by Target, and they could not even figure out a simple box size. Business here was so easy and quick. Definitely a permanent customer!

This business and the people you encounter when going here are an absolute breath of fresh air. I am so thankful someone on the Neighborhood app mentioned this place a few months ago. The UPS Store had become a dreaded but necessary evil until I discovered this delightful alternative. Once you experience the feeling of being valued and appreciated as a customer, like you always do here, you will never want to go anywhere else.
