I have found a home with Encompass. After almost a year, I still love going to work every single day! We work as a team to give the best possible care for our patients, which is our complete goal as a company, and enjoy each other while doing so! My bosses not only encourage me with my continued education, but work with my schedule so that I can complete my education and see the patients that need to be seen!!!The best part about home health, is your schedule is fairly flexible. I have never had a job where I felt more in control of my life! It's a great feeling!!! The company is big on having a good home/work life balance.

I'm very proud of our high standards for patient care and documentation, and we constantly get amazing support and education.
