Can’t say enough good things about their service. My car broke down on a Sunday evening and the driver was willing to drive my car back to Windsor CO. Driver was kind and courteous, took extra care with my lowered car, cannot say enough good things. Hoping I don’t need their service on a regular basis, but wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
I had ran out of gas in a company vehicle due to a faulty gas gauge 7 miles away from Chugwater and after a gas delivery from another tow company still left me stranded, I called Doug’s towing and they sent me Perry Kinard. Upon arrival Perry called me to get a better understanding of my situation so he could be better prepared to assist and I informed him I had been stranded for about 8 hours and was on the last drop of my water on a hot day. Perry took it upon himself to bring me a Gatorade and was truly concerned about my well being for that I am grateful. I had my car towed to a new residence as it is inoperable. We had to reschedule my appointment due to a major wreck. They worked with me, even called me as they could get there earlier, and the service was super friendly through and through.My vehicle is keyless entry and the battery was dead. The tow guy took the time to show me that my key fob still had a key to get in and how to throw it in neutral and park with no power. Awesome!Lastly, I feel they are very affordable and do great work. I highly recommend.Service: Car towing
