4.5 Called to make an appointment and was rushed and got attitude when I asked questions about the different types of tanning beds that were available today for my appointment. Called to let them know I was 5 mins away/ 5 mins late, Was told to come back another day. I had to beg to keep my appointment... Got there and was greeted nicely and professionally. The place smelt nice and the atmosphere was warming. The rooms were clean and the beds were new and did amazing! Wasn't pestered to buy their tanning stuff or to get packages. So glad I found this place to get a base tan for my upcoming trip! I usually don't write reviews for outstanding customer service, but because it is so rare these days, I felt compelled. This place is great! Competitive prices, clean, state of the art equipment, and very friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back to prep for my next vacation. Thank you Cool Rayz Staff!

Cool Rayz & the new owners are amazing! Their customer service is always exceptional. The environment is always one of comfort, charm, & quality. Not to mention how courteous every person who works there is. Mckay is one of the most attentive, polite, astute, kind people I've ever known. The services & quality that Cool Rayz & everyone who works there provides is magnificent, and to say anything less would be a lie.
