Dixie was also careless and her approach was very unprofessional. WHY? instead of confronting customers, do your job which is to make sure your equipment goes out fully functioning

Ms. Dixie, Mr. Dean, Mr. John, and everyone in the Cheyenne, Wyoming store bend over backwards to get you taken care of when renting equipment, getting you loaded up and ready to go in a pinch even after regular business hours so that you don’t have to shut down and wait until the next day to get your project done asap. They don’t let the grass grow under their feet when it comes to the importance of getting things done immediately.

Pretty helpful, easy pickup/dropoff. Had asked whether I could transport a tool in a specific vehicle and was told it would not fit, so I rented a larger vehicle, but the tool would have fit. Hours are annoying if you work weeks.

It's not A-1 anymore, it's kind of annoying, especially since they aren't open on Saturdays. Corporations, well it's good for whoever owned it before. Now we're stuck with Sunbelt. Fine, but I'm probably the only guy that sent back an aerator fully cleaned. Oh wait, everyone around here does that? Wait, everyone else cleans their equipment right?

They Immediately tell you how you should do your job and what they can't do for you. Won't put invoice in a company name unless you apply for credit?!? They only rent equipment for a full day not a half day. I'll do everything I can to avoid this place. They talk to their customers like they are small children.
