TruGreen Casper is a highly recommended lawn care service praised for its excellent communication and diligent, thorough service. The technician, Ryan, is described as friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to educate customers on yard maintenance while providing exceptional care. The office staff is also commended for their cheerful and polite assistance, resulting in great service overall.
April 2019 I tried to use this company, they sent a guy out who explained everything and wrote me a quote of $106. I agreed and when I got my bill for the service it was for $150 not the agreed upon $106. I called thinking this would be an easy fix but instead I was met with hostility like I was trying to rip them off! They said the $150 is correct, I responded with I have the ORIGINAL quote for $106. After much back and forth they decided to let it go and I cancelled the service. Fast forward to today 3 June 2024. I called them on the Friday the 10th of May asking for a quote for our new location and was told someone would be here on the 14th. No one came.... I called back on the 21st and was told they have been behind because of the weather. Today is June the 3rd.... almost a Month and I can't get a quote? LOL I own 3 properties here in town, you could have had all 3 of them if you had made even the slightest effort. Don't bother I contacted someone else.
