Excellent! From the moment you walk in Karen puts you completely at ease. The environment is relaxing and inviting. Karen was fantastic at communicating, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I've just had my first massage with Karen which was a 90 minute and a Himalayan salt scrub. I felt very refreshed and happy afterward. Lots of good endorphins! released!
