I came into town for an emergency from Colorado. I had an issue with the seal on my Cpap. I didn't sleep at all. I am 100% compliant. So my daughter took me to see Cindy and she served up 100% customer service with a bow on it! Thank you Cindy for providing great care!!! I am ready to sleep!!!!!!

I have used this walk in clinic several times and today the was worst of treatment I have experienced. I walked in for a sore throat the tech, Adrianna wanted to take my weight and I said no. I explained that my primary doctor whom is in in the that building said it was ok not to have my weight taken. She responded with telling me that my weight would determine on what medicine I would receive. Lie. At this point the nurse practitioner Brittany Hill steps out of her office with a foul attitude and explains to me that if she is going to see me that I had to step on the scale. I caved in. Adrianna took my weight put her fingers over the numbers so I would not see them and when I went to remove them she YELLS "DON'T TOUCH ME" Wow I new where this was headed and real fast. I go into the patient room where Adrianna takes my blood pressure begins asking questions about allergy's. My blood pressure was high I listened about allergy questions. Just looked at her like what are you talking about then she decided that I am an idiot and start to explain what an allergy is. At this point I knew this appointment had gone south. So I got up and told her I would not be treated like that I got up to leave. Nurse Brittany Hill come out of her office and Adrianna tells her I am leaving and she responds with a "good" . I then went to another provider explained what happened. He explained that he could see needing my weight if I would have come in with shortness of breath heart palpitations then it would be necessary to have the weight. BUT I WENT IN FOR A SORE THROAT. There was clearly a power play being made by both employees. I stood up for my rights and neither employee liked it. LADIES IF YOU'RE HAVING A BAD DAY IT IS NOT THE PATIENTS FAULT. NEITHER WAS PROFESSIONAL BOTH ARE CONTROLLING AND NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

I like my Dr on the primary side. I hate the other side for insta care. They are nice but they don't ever give antibiotics right away they no matter what you are sick with give you the same home remedy everytime. And make you come back and spend more money and time. When I can go to the one on 2nd st and get actual medicine that will help you the first time.
