Huge Rave to Victoria! She perms and cuts my son’s hair and she is the only one I will go to. The perm doesn’t just fall out weeks later she is THE BEST. I will only use her! She is so nice and caring!

Leona not only fixed my yellow blonde that no other stylist here in Casper cared to take the time to do?? She is a terrific stylist!! With an awesome personality!! I say management needs to fulfill her simple request for a hair cutting stool instead of arguing in frount of clients ?♀️ I would suggest keeping Leona at the JCPenney salon! She does beautiful work!!! Management treated her so unfairly over a haircut stool!

Leona did a great Job On my mothers Katy's haircutt, we came in because we were impressed by Leona's reviews.She gave us a phenominal expierience at the jcPenney Salon. She was very proffessional friendly easy to talk to and she was very confident in what she was doing.My mom requested to get her split ends cut and have her hair layered, now keep in mind my mom has very long and thick hair.Leona gave her a beautiful haircut with beautiful looking layers.I was disturbed by Salon manager Kim behavior, when Leona had asked where the hair cutting stool was since she needed it to cut my moms long hair.Kim had a very hostile attitude and she argued in front of us... read full review
