If I can give a lower score than one star I would. Drug testing facilities are supposed to be professional and things are supposed to be done right following policy and procedure. Otherwise there's no integrity in the drug testing providing life changing information. Such as job hire and job loss information. Drug testing Services of natrona county didn't follow any drug testing facility procedure I have ever been to. Matter of fact I think he made up his own. Didn't wear gloves, didn't put the lid on the urine just set it on his desk in stared at it for 3 minutes then he said the temperature is dropping awful fast. I washed MY hands twice for MY drug screen. The person performing the task never washed his hands, didnt wear gloves. I saw no evidance of hand sanitizer, no disinfectant wipes for the desk the urine was sitting on. This lab is NOT my choice, but the choice for the companies I work for. Everytime the experiance is the same....dirty and gross.

Its been almost a week and still no results. We have now been out of work this entire time along with the driver. I will never send anyone there again. I also suggest you find another place to go. No excuse for this.
