My car was the definition of a disaster.... Food and trash and gunk from 5 plus years of ownership and neglect, with two small childrens' additions to said destruction..... However, the team at Oil City Auto Spa did WONDERS to my vehicle! It looks and smells like a new car! They took their time, did it right, and they have gained a customer for life. Thank you guys!

Stating that I am disappointed in my experience with Oil City Auto Spa is an understatement. I was looking forward to getting my truck detailed there because I had heard and read many great reviews. My wife called to make an appointment, they were a couple weeks out. Which was completely understandable since I had heard such great things. Dropping off my truck was super simple since they did not look up my appointment or take any of my information, I had to give him my name and number without him asking. The man had told me that the computer was down and he would look up my appointment later. I wasn't sure what package my wife requested so I told him to do whichever package was listed when she called. At the end of the day I stopped by to see if my truck was done. I was told that they did not have me written down for an appointment and kept telling me they didnt know if it was their fault or ours, this was said a couple times. They then said they would get my truck in the next day which was fine. They did the most expensive package without asking which package I actually wanted. The highest package on their website was $450 for a truck prestige detail. I paid $525 before seeing my truck which was a mistake because I was definitely over charged even though they said "the truck was not that bad" as in dirty. The prestige includes vacuuming, all plastics vinyls and leather are cleaned and conditioned with the proper protectant, overlook headliner and gently but efficiently remove any stains, spot shampooing and moderate stain removal, double bucket hand wash, dry and a wax. Wheels, tires and engine bay cleaning, clay bar preparation, a single stage polish to remove any light oxidation and swirls, a ceramic sealant to properly protect the vehicle from the elements for up to 6 months. When I picked up my truck that next week (I was out of town when they could get me in) it was not even finished like they said and I had to wait to take it so they could wipe windows, vaccum, clean the door frame because it still had mud. I looked over my truck and it was not worth the $525 I was charged. The seats still had crumbs, they half way wiped everything down, under my backseat was not cleaned at all (which was emptied out and seats were up at drop off), the did not do the engine cleaning, my floor mats were accidentally put in another person's truck (I still have not gotten them back 1 1/2 months later) and I am missing a cup holder insert. The chrome on my running board is now flaking off, before dropping my truck my running boards were not flaking and I had 45 miles driven on my truck while it was in their care. I discussed my concerns with them and they said they would make it right. I have not heard from them since June 14th after I was told he would give me a call that afternoon. They did not take any type of real responsibility for this mess. I will never use their service in the future and I will not be recommending them to others. From now on I will be taking pictures before and after any type of service.
