I had Amber come out due to a four odor we could not pinpoint in our garage. She was polite and informative of her ideas of what would be causing it and ran an Ozone treatment to pinpoint it then and a special enzyme cleaner to help break down any remaining odors. She explored all the areas thoroughly, helping us pinpoint where it is suspected to be coming from. She was very honest that it may come back without further inspection into the actual wall, but made it clear she would happily return to help if/and we needed help again. She was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have any issue moving forward - I know who I will be calling for help. Thanks so much!
After having a fire in our home, we contacted ARS. Larry was very professional and did a great job dealing with our home owners insurance. Amber was extremely pleasant to work with and made sure that all of the mitigation work was done properly. Austin did a fantastic job with the reconstruction. A few weeks after the reconstruction was complete we noticed a faint smoke smell. I notified ARS, and they came back and pulled out some more ceiling insulation and took care of it all. I highly recommend this company.
