I started going to this gym shortly after Tucker opened many years ago. I moved away for 8 years so my main weight loss journey wasn't done here but I still reached out to Tucker many times over those years to talk with him about weight loss. When I returned to Buffalo 2 years ago and needed a gym I chose BAC. Open 24/7 with pass code entrance, clean working equipment and environment, when something isnt working properly its a quick message to Tucker and a prompt fix is done, he is also still very involved in my weight loss/strengthening journey always answering questions and making suggestions. Good free weights along with at least one of all the fundamental pieces of free weight equipment. Sufficient machines, cardio, could use more cables. Not a Planet Fitness or 24Hour Fitness but Super flexible, 24 hour access. I was just visiting and they were fine with me paying a daily rate. Easy to contact and very responsive. Also has a tanning booth for small extra charge. Check out their state of the art body mass measuring machine.
I was in Buffalo for work, I didn’t expect the gym to be staffed in order to purchase a day pass, as it was Veterans Day. When I called the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. He gave me a entry code for 24 hour access over the phone, I filled out a waiver and dropped it in the box, in the gym with my dues. The gym is excellent and has a great variety of equipment and it is well kept and clean. I will definitely be working out at BAC whenever I’m working in Buffalo.
