Good free weights along with at least one of all the fundamental pieces of free weight equipment. Sufficient machines, cardio, could use more cables. Not a Planet Fitness or 24Hour Fitness but Super flexible, 24 hour access. I was just visiting and they were fine with me paying a daily rate. Easy to contact and very responsive. Also has a tanning booth for small extra charge. Check out their state of the art body mass measuring machine.
I was in Buffalo for work, I didn’t expect the gym to be staffed in order to purchase a day pass, as it was Veterans Day. When I called the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. He gave me a entry code for 24 hour access over the phone, I filled out a waiver and dropped it in the box, in the gym with my dues. The gym is excellent and has a great variety of equipment and it is well kept and clean. I will definitely be working out at BAC whenever I’m working in Buffalo.
We were just passing through this awesome town and found this little local gym. Tucker is awesome (although we didn't get to meet in person). Super fair day pass price! Very easy going and the gym has everything you need! We are pretty serious lifters so our expectations are a little higher, it was nice to get back to the basics! Go try it out!!
