Have used Zac and his crew on several occasions in the last few years. Most recently we had them install a soft water system which cleared up a number of pipe and valve problems caused by mineral deposits. System works great and we were very pleased with the price and installation. Then, we went through a complete bathroom remodel, right down to the studs. They were highly professional, very experienced, and very personable - despite the noise, dust and inconvenience (they warned us well in advance) we enjoyed having the crew in our home. Excellent company. Our water heater was chalked full of calcium buildup. We initially wanted to see if someone could clean it out quicker than we could. We called up SVP and talked to Zac about our issue. He was more than happy to share with us a wealth of knowledge about our situation and the outcomes. He was very down to earth and happy to help even without a guarantee that we would utilize his service. Staff investigated my issue and offered a solution that ended saving upwards of +$17,000. They did their due diligence that another plumber missed, all it took was a tiny bit more time and effort to find the leak. In the end I did not have to replace my entire service line, instead just fixed a leak that was in my crawlspace. I will definitely use Star Valley Plumbing again!
