We did a keepsake fairy and gnome garden workshop at The Doll House as a group of girlfriends, and it was such a highlight of our time at The Greenbrier. Rachel and Madison hosted the event and were absolutely terrific—so friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in making the experience special for everyone.

They gave us the freedom to be creative while also offering just the right amount of guidance. We had a blast from start to finish and each walked away with a unique piece we truly love. Seating and taking order in a timely fashion. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. They know the menu and make good recommendations. Beautiful presentation. 7. Beautiful inside the restaurant, good for photos (photogenic). Food has a unique favor.

Stopped by for fun and ended up having lunch here. Slow service, which wasn't too bad, but decent food and the prices weren't super outrageous. Will say the place is just super cool given the history and the desserts were gigantic. Love the history and the spot, food was totally fine and I'd love to go back, especially if we ever stay at the hotel.
