Gopher Land Services did an installation of foundation drainage and downspout collection systems to alleviate many years of standing water on our property. Installation was prompt, affordable, and we saw instant results. They also reseeded the affected areas when finished. We were in a crunch of time before closing and Mr. Rose was the only one in town who took on the challenge of surveying a property that was shown to be landlocked on county records, he was able to send his crew out, search records and proof that land has road access right before closing, deliver documents at a timely manner. The surveyor Mr. Jordan was thorough with land descriptions when we walked it, even helpful to a neighboring property while surveying our and found a mistake on their records, they contacted the neighbor to get it corrected.
Great at responding quickly, very friendly and we would highly recommend for your next project.
