The staff and doctor here have gone out of their way to help me and make things easier for me. It seems very clear that this place is intent on helping the battle with addiction and sees us as people just as much as patients. Based on my experience here and my experience as a recovering addict in the past, I would guess that the low ratings present here are a result of people that are actually upset with themselves for not being able to adhere to the program.
