From calling to schedule appointment to picking out my glasses was great. Wait time was long for appointment which I understand but I did call a few weeks after I made the appointment and got in sooner due to cancellation. Friendly staff from front desk, techs and Dr. Dormas . Appointment wasn’t rushed and all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend. ?

Best place in town for eyecare, Dr Newman was fantastic! The whole experience from the phone call to schedule to picking out my glasses at the end was perfect! Wait time to get appointment was a little long but well worth the wait!

I have been very happy with this practice for over 10 years. Dr Pockl takes time to answer all my questions and is quite personable. He and the staff are very professional and friendly. I do not have my glasses made there, I use Warby Parker, so a delay at the Eye Care center or any other lab is not a deal breaker for me. Delays happen. Materials on back order or what ever.Knowing that I will most likely get my glasses made elsewhere, staff has still been very kind and attentive, helping me to find a style that I may like and is flattering. I'm a fan!
