I have been very happy with this practice for over 10 years. Dr Pockl takes time to answer all my questions and is quite personable. He and the staff are very professional and friendly. I do not have my glasses made there, I use Warby Parker, so a delay at the Eye Care center or any other lab is not a deal breaker for me. Delays happen. Materials on back order or what ever.Knowing that I will most likely get my glasses made elsewhere, staff has still been very kind and attentive, helping me to find a style that I may like and is flattering. I'm a fan!
Absolutely love this place. Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Scott Pockl is our family eye doctor and he is awesome. Sometimes it takes awhile to get an appointment but it is definitely worth the wait and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Pete Dormas is the man! He understands that I like him, but hates what he does. Yeah, I am a sissy, but he is qualified for diabetic eye check-ups. If I get overwhelmed and need to take a short breather, he is very understanding. Make a poor choice and go somewhere else THEN go see Pete. You are welcome in advance.
